 Program Overview & How It Works
- The Mobilizing RVTs®: Online Cohort Companion Animal Edition will run LIVE virtually, every Wednesday beginning November 18th, 2026 with our final session January 27th, 2027.
- Each session will begin at 8:30am MST and end at 11:00am MST, with the exception of:
- Wednesday December 23rd will be an optional cohort coffee, chat and check-in with Becky.
- Wednesday January 13th is a full day of interactive simulation training. This session will begin at 8:30am MST and end at 4:30pm with breaks throughout the day.
- Sessions will NOT be recorded or shared. Active participation is required in order to receive certificate of attendance.
- No refunds will be granted for missed sessions. No exceptions.
🗓️Nov 18th, 2026 WELCOME AND INTRO: Introductions, program overview, dates and topics.
🗓️Nov 25th, 2026 CORE SKILLS MODULE: Introduction to the core dialogue skills; definitions, criteria for skill building, light practice.
🗓️Dec 2nd, 2026 APPLYING CORE SKILLS: Application of core skills to the context of managing wellness appointments and talking about money with clients.
🗓️Dec 9th, 2026 APPOINTMENTS, VACCINES & PARASITICIDES: Review of the content around common vaccines, dewormers and wellness appointment structure.
🗓️Dec 16th, 2026 COOPERATIVE CARE: Establishing and creating protocols for cooperative care to curate a positive experience for dogs and cats (and their owners) during their appointment.
🗓️Dec 23rd, 2026 OPTIONAL HOLIDAY CHAT: Virtual coffee, connect and check-in with Becky!
🗓️Dec 30th, 2026 ASSESSMENTS & RECORDS: Introduction of an assessment physical exam and associated medical records.
🗓️Jan 6th, 2026 NUTRITION: Outlining the components of an accurate history and recommendations for lifestyle nutrition and base requirements for dogs and cats.Â
🗓️Jan 13th, 2026 (*FULL DAY* 8:30am-4:30pm MST) SIMULATIONS: This is where attendees get to practice what they have learned, get in the moment dialogue coaching, practice an appointment with a simulated client and give & receive peer coaching.Â
🗓️Jan 20th, 2026 BUSINESS MATHLETICS: Introduction to the business side of veterinary medicine and the positive financial impact of Mobilized RVTs and Integration Services offered by BSCS.
🗓️Jan 27th, 2026 REGULATIONS OVERVIEW & WRAP UP: Review of the legislation and being part of a self regulated profession as an RVT.Â
