Building Core Dialogue and Applying It Where It Matters Most
Â
RVTs are the bridge between clients, patients, and the veterinary team. The conversations you have every day shape trust, guide decisions and impact outcomes. But not every dialogue is easy; informed consent, talking about money, giving feedback and discussing performance can feel challenging, even for the most experienced techs.
