This isn't your everyday type conference with tongue wagging experts telling people what to do. Instead, attendees were part of each workshop which customizes the experience for each person there. We levelled up, we enjoyed deep conversations and we brought the joy.

It has never been more clear to me how badly we need to surround ourselves with like minded people to enjoy a sense of community and mix that with healthy learning and a lot of fun.

Overwhelmingly, attendees shared how much they enjoyed the conversations, the unique venue and the chance to meet and connect with so many people from different backgrounds, professions and geographic locations.

Each attendee was as involved in each workshop and presentation as much as the speakers were; interactive, engaging and each person leaving with skills, with strategies and with great ideas worth implementing. 

We curated this event to leave a lasting impression, foster a deep sense of connection and a develop a renewed enthusiasm to learn and invest in the lost art of conversation. 

This momentum is building and we need it. It's about engaging our curiosity to overtake our worries, our frustrations and our fears. When we're curious and interested in something, our thinking brain takes over and we get more cognitive, more connected and we are more likely to lean IN, not lean away.
